The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS) explains that ‘being outdoors has a positive impact on children’s sense of well-being and helps all aspects of children’s development’.
Our garden of almost one acre in size is an engaging learning environment providing the children with ultimate freedom and space.
It allows opportunities for big scale play, problem solving and creativity. The children can use all their senses to appreciate the colours, different noises and an awareness of space and scale.
Our Forest Garden is an almost completely natural experience. With the fewest manmade resources as possible it provides a unique world of discovery, whereas our large artificial grass area enables outdoor play all year round.
Come rain or shine, we go outside all the time!
