Children cannot attend the nursery if they have an infectious illness. Sickness / diarrhoea requires 48 hours exclusion from the last episode.

If a child is prescribed medication or antibiotics, they cannot attend the nursery until 48 hours after their first dose.

Fees are expected to be paid in a timely manner and no later than 30 days after the date the service was provided.

When fees are £100 or more per week (combined fee if more than one child is attending), a deposit of 4 weeks fees is required before a child can start their nursery place. You will then be required to settle your account at the end of each month.

The persistent late payment of fees could result in the suspension and / or loss of your child’s fee-paying nursery place or places.

All fees are payable regardless of holidays, absence and sickness.

If you book any extra paid days or hours on top of your regular days and times, you can cancel or amend up to the Wednesday of the week before the booked day. After this date, the days will be charged in full regardless of attendance.

If you wish to cancel your child’s place or change your hours or contract, four weeks’ notice is required.

A fee of £5.00 per 15 minutes may be charged for late collection or early drop-off.

No charges will be made for days when the nursery is closed due to a Public Holiday.
